There are times that your company behave differently most probably when you willfully or not willfully disobey them in terms of work which is not really professional and ethical way of doing things but basically it happens. Sometimes you will be able to detect it sometimes not but what is important that you are aware that some companies are doing it for control and ego purposes because your company have egos too that you don't know exist even if you are not doing something wrong they will just do something to annoy, insult, or whatever negative behavior for whatever reason they will literally do it. This is article is for both employees and the organization to have a smooth professional and ethical relationship. Here are the several ways that your company is insulting you. 1. They will use their managers and supervisors they will give lots of work and unimaginable deadlines even if you are not doing something wrong maybe they can see from their perspective that it is wrong, It is called the biases of the company that is unethical and unprofessional. 2. Your coworkers will be mad at you because the company or some people spread some fake news so that your colleagues will be mad at you. Without your knowledge you are now being harassed and gossip upon with untrue and false stories designed for people to hate you. Sometimes the worst is it can even include outside the company which can be very professional and unethical in the part of the company. 3. Your supervisor and colleagues will lie a lot in order for you to be confuse and to struggle in your work. It is designed to give you problems and a lot of stress because of the mistake that they don't like which can be very bias since a mistake should be corrected and not to be punished because in the workplace is all about professionalism and ethics because we are dealing with people that have dignity and deserve enough respect because of there struggles that they are facing today and in the future. 4. They will conduct trainings and pinpoint your mistake to you and will design topics to insult you to let you realize your mistake instead of collaborate solve the problem. They will exhaust funds just to tell the mistakes of employees instead of dealing it directly on the spot and protect employees from embarrassment and future problems because later on it will also be the problem of the organization. Sometimes immaturity, professionalism, and ethics are not within the grasps on those who are in the positions. 5. They will not help you when you ask for help so that you will suffer they will love looking at you suffering because of the things they don't like about you. They will try to control you so that they will feel that they are in control within the company that will take a stall in your mental and psychological health. 6.They will set up you to make mistakes because of what you did whether you know or you don't know. You must be aware of what is happening including the dislike and like, the written and unwritten rules of your company. Be careful always so that you will not make mistakes perpetrated by your company itself in the worst case scenario. Sometimes company act unprofessional, unethical, bias because of ego. Even if you do anything wrong you will commit mistakes just for them to have somebody to be punished. You will become a sample to your coworkers. Before finding the right company for you make sure to know there good and bad culture because every company have this and you will be lucky enough if the company you are looking for is matured, professional, and ethical.
