The world of work in companies is never-ending. The higher your position is the more work that you should because work means duties and responsibilities but of course the higher the salary. Every employee in the organization wants a bigger salary. According to Adams " employees try to maintain a balance between what they give to an organization against what they receive, and base satisfaction with their balance on perceptions of the same balance in colleagues." It only means while an employee is going higher the work and the pay also becomes higher because of this theory which suggests that if unfairness is practiced in the company then the company is showing that they don't care about quality and their employees.
Delegation in a general sense is all about accountability and empowerment it used for effective leadership. Basically when you are already a leader you are already effective. Typically, work tasks and processes are divided according to function and level in the delegation. Making the work simpler, faster, and easier is the base of delegation. Who doesn't like to delegate? perhaps the delegation power is with those people in a higher position. Delegation as Scapegoat Work is the name of the game in the organization and managers who are lazy will always find a way to delegate (I am not referring to you) they just want to do nothing and expect there salary every month (I don't know why are you in that position). Managers basically delegate works to other employees the accountability is in the employees when something went wrong they can also put the blame on his or her employees ( sounds good right? the washing of hands which is promoted today ) perhaps the virus are not the employees but the managers when they escape all the crap about work (hey you want to be promoted with all this delegation thing). The sad part of this kind of work, the organization's goals and objectives are sacrificed which includes quality and employee morale ( if you think are this person GTH) Key Takeaway If an organization is fair then most probably employees' job satisfaction is higher and productivity is higher. It all depends on the quality of the leader and manager that companies have. The failure of the manager will affect the productivity of the organization. When delegation is used in the wrong way or for other purposes the company suffers( who the hell invented delegation). It was created through it was existing already in other online trade systems as "swapping".The barter system came out strong because of the pandemic and people have not enough money so instead they bartered there item with another item that they need without needing any money. It is a good system right?yes it is. I remembered way back when I managed events I have to go to the stakeholders and offer what we call us "exchange deal" there was no money involved we are just exchanging service because we need there services well which is a form of barter too. In some online selling community, there are what they termed as "swapping" they have a product on hand that they want to swap with the product they want. I joined a barter community online hoping to barter my services that can help business owners save costs and earn more profit. I offered my service business process mapping that will improve a business process system and identify business waste my preferred item was only 2 android phones that I will give to my Mom and Aunt. If you look at my preferred item it was not expensive because if the business knows what are the wastes in there business they will save a lot and I guess it is to there advantage too for me my advantage is to help businesses grow. I made my barter details great so that it will be approved by the administrators. After how many hours my post was declined and the explanation is one of the admin have the tool that I was using. I was surprised because supposedly this is a barter system it is not the admin who will determine what to barter or whatever. I came to realize that maybe there are hidden agendas on this kind of online barter system (yes there is lol). Perhaps business owners do not want better processes in their business. I know you have heard the word contentment. We all have heard it once or seen the word contentment. What I will try to explain is the different side of contentment. We all know that contentment is a positive word it helps us control all our desire that we cant get. Contentment is a barrier in achieving a dream because when a person gets contented that is the time the dream dies or ends. Contentment is just for those lazy people who do not have dreams or the people that gave up that never saw the road to success. Contentment is a trap for the dreamers it is used to control people so that they will not be able to achieve what they need and want in life. Some people work so hard and studied for many years and then someone will say to him/her be contented with what you have. It is the greatest misleading word a person with a dream will hear. Contentment is a myth created by those people who envy other people working so hard for a dream that they only see. It is okay not to be contented as long as you are doing something about it and you are impacting the world by helping other people and society. It is okay not to be contented when you are happy with it. I never saw a person happy because he/she was contented. People go to college to study a particular degree so that when they graduate they can practice what they have studied. People choose the degree that they want to pursue because that is the kind of job that they want to work in the future and become better at it. That is the expectation of people when they start working, they will work according to what they have studied. Organizations differ when it comes to culture in certain degrees. New employees don't know about anything about organization culture they just work to there mandated work.
A job position has specific tasks, duties, and responsibilities. It is important that employees will be able to understand what is his/her responsibilities so that when it is time to work he/she knows the scope of his/her work and besides that is what the employees know. Well, I understand that in order for the employee to grow he or she needs to expose in the different parts of the organization but if the manager can only do it creatively without deviating from the employees' career path then that manager is a good manager. Some organizations take advantage of employees they will let employees do different jobs exhausting the well being of the employees which I think is not favorable to both the employer and the employees. I call it the Do It All culture where employees know every work and details of each job and department. Well it is good in productivity perse but in employees well being I think that is a different story. The DIA culture is counterproductive. It doesn't make sense of hiring somebody for a specific job and make the employees work in everything. What it only shows is a traditional leader or manager using traditional work. Old is classic and it is expensive I guess there is the truth behind it but when it comes to work old is obsolete because there are many new ways to make an employee productive balancing there emotional and mental well being. The DIA is beneficial to the company or organization but it is not to the employees. When the issue is about benefits it must be a win-win situation because both are doing its part to direct the organization where it wants to go. key takeaways Productivity and employee well being is clashing inside the company. Leadership is a never-ending concept as time changes people and its environment changes, leadership will also change to meet the new demands of the future. We are all human beings even the richest person in the world is still a human being no one is immortal. We are grounded by two laws the visible law (law of man) and the invisible law (natural law). If we can find ways to cheat the visible law we cannot cheat the invisible law. Sometimes old people refer to this as "karma" but no matter it is I consider it the law that will never be cheated it goes on and on.We as human beings have two sides we have our good side and the bad side.Everyone has it including me no one is exempted.According to wikipedia yin yang is is a concept of dualism, describing how seemingly opposite or contrary forces may be complementary, interconnected, and interdependent in the natural world, and how they may give rise to each other as they interrelate to one another".The good and the bad are interlated to each other meaning to say they are connected.Yin is passive and Yang is active.We all have this as human being we have passive behaviors and active behaviors.We cannot simply a pure introvert or a pure extrovert because in our life time we become introvert and extrovert.This is where the concept of Yin Yang leadership is born.
Dualism is the concept of yinyang the way I see it, it is the law of balance at play here because even nature is naturally balance.Everything around us is balance even our technology like our mobile even it is the most high tech it still turn off when the battery is empty. What I am saying is leadership is all about balance, I know you will agree with me if you are a leader.There must exist a balance even though you appear perfect but deep inside there is something that you are hiding,anger,stress etc. But leaders are good at dealing with it they become a master of it.I believe this leaders are practice yin yang Leadership. Laws are existing for people to follow. We have the freedom to follow the law following is for free anyone can follow the law therefore you have freedom to follow the law. The law is not there to harm anyone it is to protect the right of the people because it is made that way.I am no expert in law but i guess laws are created to protect the rights of the people in the society. Wherever you go in whatever places in this world you visit there are existing laws to be followed.The law is pre existing both the visible law and the invisible law.Some people cheat the law to have more freedom but the natural law cannot be cheated.The natural law will imposed it laws whether you are good or a bad person.That is the law that cannot be changed or cheated no matter what we do our bodies is conditioned and everything around us to follow the invisible or what we call us the natural law. Given all this laws that surrounds human beings? the right question to ask do we really have freedom? I think yes,we still have the freedom to follow all this laws because in the end we are all a visitor here everything is temporary.If your definition of freedom is to go out and enjoy life that is your freedom do it.If you think freedom is speaking what is in your mind then go ahead it is your right.If you believe freedom is doing what you want that is your freedom to do it. I saw people got promoted from there respective companies to a managing position there friends and family were so happy. I always hear the word to be humble. So I research the meaning of humble. I found out humble is adjective which means " having or showing a modest or low estimate of one's importance." if you time you can find that meaning on the internet. When a person is in a management position it is not about being humble because it will not solve problems. People are promoted in the position because the top management knows that you are capable of solving problems and performing the necessary task required in the position. Employees who are promoted are not kids so basically they know how things work and what to do the last thing in their mind is to be humble. I am not saying that being is bad but when you are in a stressful job that requires a lot of confidence then the last thing that you want to do is be humble. Timing is required in being humble management jobs that require solving problems. In some situations maybe it will require you to become humble then be humble. If you use "humble" in sorts of situations the result will be affected and goals will not be achieved as expected. Leadership according to researches is the most understood topic of all time. People view leadership as a position, some say it is action, others say it is people. It is necessary for us to understand how leadership is triggered. What triggers leadership? I've been trying to dissect leadership from the beginning of it until the end of leadership because I think leadership is a process. This leadership perspective is from an organization/company scenario. Organizations are created because of its mission, vision, goals, and objectives these things are critically important to be achieved for an organization to be successful. I describe an organization as a human being. I believe that leadership is triggered because of the goals of the organization that is needed to be achieved. Without goals, leadership will not start or be triggered it needs a goal for leadership to come out. While its true that personal experience also triggers leadership but the deeper trigger of leadership are goals. So what is a goal? on the internet, you can find this definition of organizational goal " are strategically set objectives that outline expected results and guide employees' efforts ". Let us examine this definition and relate it to leadership. According to this definition goals are results that are expected without leaders it will be difficult for a department to achieve the expected results. The next is it "guides employees' efforts" Leaders must guide their employees even if that employee is the oldest employee their effort must be guided so that the expected result will be achieved. As you can see Leadership is triggered by goals without goals there is no use for leadership. Leadership always start with a goal that must be achieved.
