It is an honor to formally release my first book about leading and managing. Thanks to my dynamic and active publisher for making it a success. I am the founder of Prime Insight (formerly known as Jar Leadership and management) The website itself is still JAR leadership and management I just changed the outer layer of this website for future development and goals. I wrote this book last 2021 and I was able to finish around September 2022. The book contains leading and managing matters including my very own JAR leadership and management principles including my flagship program (MADS).
I am currently writing another book with a target completion next year. This world is a combination of reality and mystery which means there are things that are created so that it will not be understood and some things are created so that everyone can understand. I am not created to prove some things in this world because I am here to share knowledge and wisdom. I do not know everything but I want to share every thing that you need to know. All the tasks and activities in a project implementation are moving together. All the resources of the project are mobilized according to its purpose for specific activities. Projects are a structured way of doing work for a specific outcome. In a project there are major and minor works that is being done to complete the overall process of the project. When the project is ongoing project monitoring will commence also in all areas to facilitate the checking of the compliance of the specific activities in accordance to the standards that was set in order to achieve its goals and objectives. Project monitoring facilitates on time completion of the project because the task are managed and guided through out the process in order to complete in the specific date that was agreed upon by both parties. Project monitoring helps in identifying and acting on problems in the process of the project. project monitoring also oversee the status of work of every task or activity in the project and team. They see to it that nothing is missed or excess in the materials or work because it should be in the scope of the project that is being accomplished by the project team. Overseeing also means that the project is on track with regards to the schedule deadline of the completion of the project. Project monitoring also helps in the implementation and identification of changes in the project. It is always an advantage if changes are monitored so that it will be accomplished accordingly. It also identify results or on going work that is needed to be changed. Monitoring is a very important task when the project is being implemented already. Project monitoring can aid in identifying problems before they arise within the project implementation because there are activities and work that deviate from project plan that requires attention that can only be done through project monitoring. We all know that project plans sometimes deviate from the actual execution of the project that is why project monitoring and controlling is needed in order to fill in the gaps of this kind of common issues during project implementations or executions. A monitoring plan is needed in order to carry out this kind of task in the project such as the framework of the project, identification of the various tasks in the project and the expected result, Implement the monitoring plan and create reports on the deviations and progress of the different work tasks and activities in the project. Project monitoring can be done from simple to complex work activities in the project in order to guide the project to its standard completion and to help increase the efficiency of the project. Machines, AI, humans, resources, money, materials, and so on are all part of the workplace equation. The combination of these factors is what allows a company to produce and function successfully and reach its objectives. Think of a world when AI and robotics make up the bulk of an organization's workforce, while humans make up only a small fraction of theirs. What if, in this age of artificial intelligence technology that improves company efficiency, robotics technology also dominates the workplace and eventually replaces human labor?
When you break it down, people are one of the most costly assets a business has. Organizations are dispersing their required remuneration, benefits, salary, etc. Workforces require management in a variety of forms, including direction, instruction, supervision, evaluation, guidance, inspiration, and measurement. The human resources department of a corporation has a lot of work on its hands. Billion dollar budgets are used to hire everyone who wants a job and keep the economy afloat. In every sector of the economy, people play the starring role. When I was in school, I talked about how technological advancements and the creation of new jobs might stimulate economic growth. A possible future that I discussed was one in which artificial intelligence and robotics make up the entire labor force and humans are relegated to the role of passive consumers of the products of these technologies. a place where individuals really make the most of their lives. Rather than worrying about where your next meal is coming from or how you'll pay for it, you can focus on making your life better by producing the works of art, ideas, and concepts that will ensure the continuation of this kind of future. In this imagined future, material comforts and sustenance are secondary to the pursuit of personal fulfillment; in contrast, the widespread dissatisfaction with modern life is the driving force behind most people's need to work. Humanity may take a different road in the future if AI and robotics technology are eventually combined and put to commercial use. Employing artificial intelligence and robotics will cause significant shifts in the future of work. Our present and future actions are what give our lives purpose. You are the person you are now because of the work you've done for your firm, and it's natural to put your career ahead of other interests from time to time. When we devote our entire lives to working, we miss out on experiencing what it is to truly be alive. Unless we all want the same things in the future, there will be a lot of obstacles and problems on the road to the future we want. Some of these will be easy to overcome, while others will be extremely hard. Remember that in the end, we will all go where we want to go because of our individual efforts and commitment to the future. This is what it means to survive: finding solutions to every difficulty, big or small, and making it through the future's hills and valleys, peaks and valleys, twists and turns. The pandemic is nearly over. I had two Covid vaccination booster doses. I followed all of the government-mandated health protocols. Almost all companies had opened, and various activities could now be carried out. People are already permitted to travel and visit destinations, among other activities, in order to revitalize the economy. However, we cannot ignore the reality that the epidemic established psychological repercussions in our brains, which are not physically obvious but behaviorally noticeable, but only to those who are intellectually and psychologically weak. This article is based on real-life occurrences that have occurred and are presently occurring.
I am a teacher who has been teaching for about ten years. Prior to the epidemic, students' attitudes and ethics toward their schoolwork and teachers were excellent. Though some of them have problems learning, their tenacity, devotion, and commitment are evident. Today, when face-to-face lessons began, I was as excited as I had been in prior years when the school year began. I am fully prepared because I have attended trainings (personally sponsored) for the subject that I am teaching as well as education training to better and upgrade the subject that I am handling. The first day of courses went smoothly, but the following weeks brought about a change in student conduct that I was not expecting. Even when the teacher is there, some students use vulgar language. When I am giving a lecture within the classroom, a student will occasionally walk along the center aisle without saying anything. There are also instances when I'm walking through the foyer and lower-level students curse at me. Some students will have the audacity to copy during tests and major quizzes when I am watching them from the front. These are true stories that happened and are still happening today. Nonetheless, co-teachers do it. I paused, thought about it, and began to wonder whether it was only me who was experiencing these things. Following a few days of observation, it was discovered that it was also happening to other teachers, as I witnessed some comparable incidents while waiting for my next class in a certain classroom. This is a behavioral problem that we are facing, but it is only the top of the iceberg; there are other things that I need to consider, such as who is behind these things and if the case is simply an instruction to them. In this type of situation, there are several perspectives to consider. The first is the psychological impacts of the epidemic, as instructed by a group, coworkers, or teachers. The deterioration of students' ethical actions caused me to reconsider my job as a teacher. If it was a psychological result of the epidemic, we can engage in a variety of ethical solutions. If it is an order from a group (there are many) to disrupt classrooms and manipulate teachers, we can gradually eliminate those kids involved. If it is an order from another teacher, it is very concerning, and I hope that the school or the agency is not involved in any way. I even informed our agency so that they would be kept up to date on what was going on on the ground. Even outside, I've had this kind of thing happen to me, from indirect communication to people following me whenever I stop in a store to buy something, and I thought it was just a coincidence in the last few days, but in the following weeks, the situation is similar, and I realize it's already different. I am the founder of this website and another website, and my face is all over the website, which is why I need to keep it low key because of this kind of scenario, if that is the reason behind all of this, because it is turning into a harassment scenario in my part, and I will be reporting this to police if this continues. If these are the psychological impacts of the pandemic, I am unable to intervene. I don't always believe it's because of the pandemic. Maybe there are people who are irritated with me, and it may be all of the people I mentioned above. I cannot please everyone, and I am not present at work to make everyone happy. I'm there on business. Despite this, we will continue to do what is best and right. I stopped thinking about promotions or anything else because, with the current society and events, nice things can only be found outside of the office. The current workplace is simply for work. It may sound like a quiet quitting, but I understand why employees do what they do. Perhaps this is due to the psychological effects of the pandemic, combined with hatred, jealousy, envy, and everything else that will be perfect ingredients for this type of scenario on and off the job, but as they say, we cannot control their actions if they use and exploit students and other people. I can only control my reaction to what they are doing. I remember an old man throwing a pile of water on me, including the janitor, with the purpose of grasscuttering a rock and hitting my car hard. Even my boss did not provide me with the relevant paperwork for the report. These are unmistakable manifestations of hatred, jealousy, envy, and so on. Jar leadership and management (primary insight) do not teach this type of behavior toward others because the twenty-first century is no longer about hatred, envy, jealously, and other negative emotions. The new golden rule that I am pushing and advocating to help economic development and prosperity is RESPECT FOR ONE ANOTHER. Only by changing our methods can we innovate and be innovative in order to make our lives more prosperous and comfortable. We elevate and upgrade our fellow humans in order to be a part of the development, disruptions, and changes that are taking place for a better planet, future, and society for all. However, they see fintech as a vulnerable industry that uses information rather than concrete goods. The fintech industry is prone to hackers but fintech experts are doing there best to make fintech secure and safe for everyone. Fintech is not something new because it has been existing since the 1950s and the good thing about fintech is that it keeps on evolving up to this very moment. Entrepreneurs and start up see the potential of the fintech industry. Today there are many fintech apps and services that is geared towards comfortability and convenience in both businesses and customers. One of the most important evolution of fintech is the blockchain technology and cryptocurrency that disrupts the current processes and systems in the financial industry which made banks and other financial institutions worried on the impact of fintech in there respective operation. Fintech will continue and the people will experience the benefits of fintech in every financial transaction that they will have. NFT stands for Non-fungible token which means that it cannot be replaced or copied in other words NFT is unique things or work that is being transacted online which uses blockchain technology similar to cryptocurrencies. NFT is part of Ethereum which uses Ethereum in all its transactions. Spirituality in the workplace is something that organization must consider because there is a positive outcome towards the wellness of employees in the organization. Spirituality boost and influences positively work satisfaction of the employees. It also increases the productivity of the employees towards the organization because spirituality make employees grow inward which creates meaning and connection of the employees towards work and the organization. That connection triggers positive thoughts, mindset, and behaviors of the employees that can influence performance and productivity. When employees reach the highest spiritual growth potential that he can reach, they become a different and better person, individual, and employees that is driven, committed, dedicated, and motivated towards his work. As organization is a group of people we can imply that each of them have spirit which means a spiritual needs must be address in order for them to feel complete and connected towards there co employees, work, customers, and specially the organization. The internal working environment of an organization can also influence the wellness of the employees. In my previous article I have mentioned the role of the environment towards employees mental and emotional well being.The working environment is composed of different factors such as the processes, politics, relationships, interior design, and etc. that may positively and negatively impact the mental and emotional well being of employees. We are the product of our past. Our past is a combination of good and bad experiences that makes us who we are now. And those bad experiences becomes a burden to employees current existence that can affect there mental, emotional, and behavioral aspect. Some conflicts and issues within the organization is because of wellness issues we might not directly see it however the wellness level of employees is an important contributor to there unwanted behavior towards others, work, and the organization. When was the last time you hated your co-employee?, When was the last time you envied your co-employee? When was the last time you get jealous about your co-employee?. There are many reason why employees feel that way towards other employees because of the good and great things that are happening to them. Some will be happy but also there will always be people who will hate, envy, and get jealous it is just being human as we are. We cannot always have that reason as you initiate envy, hate, and jealousy. You might be in the state of envy, hate, or jealousy right now and the worst is you have the three without you knowing it.
According to researches hate, envy, jealousy is an emotional state a higher emotional state than the basic emotions that we have. Envy for example is considered as a hostile emotion that can affect a person mentally and physically. Envy is painful to an individual or group that feels inferior which results to unwanted and unethical behavior. Hate is an emotional state and a by product of anger and dislike. The bad news is hate is an enduring emotion meaning it takes time to heal when a person hate. According to research hate triggers major crimes such as terrorism ,genocide, and etc. this are the behavioral manifestations of hate. According to researches jealousy on the other hand is an emotional response which makes it an emotional state. An intense jealousy means that there is an inner emotional turmoil. Jealousy is a triangulation, meaning there are three interrelated factors that makes up jealousy. Jealousy according to psychologist is a disturbing experience for the person that combines several emotions. Our true enemy and the reason why we act hostile to another person is ourselves. Our own negative emotions that we cultivate and we are not able to control and identify. We become rude and harm people because of envy, jealousy, and hate. Those emotions are normal but when it is already influencing how we behave towards other people it becomes destructive. That is why personality development, personal growth, spiritual development and growth is an important aspect of human development in order for us to know ourselves better in order for us to identify adverse emotions and control it in order to make our society ready for development and progress, because a true development of society is when people are also personally growing positively as individuals within the society. Knowing our true enemy within us will help us make several positive changes towards ourselves that will pave the way to growth.
