We all know the golden rule that everybody knows " do not do unto others that others will do unto you" is specifically a revenge rule that we had for so many years. We cant live in a revengeful society including in the workplace. Respect is not something earned but must be something built in to all human race to create peace and understanding so long as the rules and regulations and laws are established respect should be in place everywhere. We live in a chaotic world today because of the result of disrespect that is why countries go to war and others are bullying who are smaller than them despite some international courts ruling that makes thing complicated. Disrespect is the new trend and even people are affected by this global events that are happening. The creation of a new golden rule is necessary for us to navigate this world today. I believe that it is true universality of respect that we will be able to surpass this global challenge of disrespect. Almost all crimes are disrespect by nature. Although the existence of respect have been with us but its importance is not emphasized and that is why there are so many disrespectful events that are happening. The power of respect is to establish smooth relationship between two or more parties who are living together or that is in a relationship of transaction. I believe that in any kind of relationship respect must always be established and recognized to make it formal, ethical, moral and professional in nature and action. Workplace respect is something that exist although it is not obvious but all employees are operating in that dimension while they are working towards the achievement of the goals and objectives of any organization and same as true that business to business transaction must be built with respect to establish good business relationship. Respect is an important component of a workplace which strengthen the professionalism of all workers in all level of the company. Respect is combined with understanding and other values that strengthen respect that creates an atmosphere of productivity and curve toxic cultures and behaviors from occurring. Respect is a must which needs to be emphasized. The occurrence of kinds of respect is still respect by nature and implementation no matter what kind of respect is being implemented what is important is respect must be built in all small, medium, and large organizations. All kinds of organization whether for profit or non profit must understand the infinite and limitation of the outcome of respect. A workplace with built in respect across all employees is a good and professional organization and will rip the benefits of respect in dealing with one another, there customer, other businesses and institutions.

Vain Its okay to be vain about you and your position but do not show your vainness to your employees because its not about you, its about your work and responsibility. Showing that you are competitive and can contribute to the productivity and goal of the company is all that matters. Employees and your clients know you already no need of getting vain just to elevate your confidence and trust. Leaders and managers just need to focus on what he can do for the company. Distorted Thinking If you are a manager you should have a clear and clarity of thinking because you need to use your brain power most of the time to solve problems and to plan. If distortive brain is present it will influence the way leaders and managers think. Thinking logically, creatively, and critically will help you navigate the complexities of managing workplaces. Managing is all about solving problems, avoiding problems, innovations, that will make a manager and leader successful in his roles and responsibilities. Thinking of possibilities and innovation doesn't require a twisted and distorted way of thinking. Manager and leader must make sure that there are no barriers to the work, duties, and responsibilities that they will be implementing in their work. Products and services are for the customers or clients. It is the role and responsibility of the business to make sure to deliver the products and services well to its customer in a good and positive way to establish good relationship and loyalty. Customer service begins when the customer is in the establishment, during the transaction, the end of the transaction, and after the transaction. This events is critical in establishing good business relationship to customer. Employees must be trained in all these areas so that the business will be able to create a reputation and image that they mean good business to all there customers that will buy from them.
