Products and services are for the customers or clients. It is the role and responsibility of the business to make sure to deliver the products and services well to its customer in a good and positive way to establish good relationship and loyalty. Customer service begins when the customer is in the establishment, during the transaction, the end of the transaction, and after the transaction. This events is critical in establishing good business relationship to customer. Employees must be trained in all these areas so that the business will be able to create a reputation and image that they mean good business to all there customers that will buy from them.

When employees treat your customer wrong Employees is the one interacting with customers therefore they must deal with customers appropriately since they are giving the service that is expected by them in the business. The business must see to it that the treatment of there customer is based on good, moral, and ethical way. The moment your employees are shouting to their customers and lying to them it is not starting to destroy the essence and importance of customer service. 2. When the product is defective When the product that the customer bought is productive customers will have a negative perception of the business since they expect it to be durable because they are looking for the value of money in the product that they have purchased. The product must be of quality and with durability which will meet the expectation of the customer. 3. When there is a delay In business a transaction delay is a customer lost because if the delay is too long the business losses customer since customer doesn't like to wait for too long in purchasing products. This is quite a challenge for the business who have a waiting time in delivering products because of the attitude of customers with regards to waiting. Delay must be reduced if there is any to minimize the negative impact of the business. 4. When there are many customer complaints When the business incurs a lot of customer complaints and there is no action and it is piling up as time goes by then customer service of the business is not in good shape. The more the complaints the more the business will have problems and lose customer. 5.When the business have lose customers When the business have many customers before but slowly they are losing some customers may be because of customer service since they are the one directly engaging with customers. It is important to note that the interaction between the employees of the business and its customers will make or break the business. Customer service is a never ending process while the business produce and sell products.
