Leadership is a never-ending concept as time changes people and its environment changes, leadership will also change to meet the new demands of the future. We are all human beings even the richest person in the world is still a human being no one is immortal. We are grounded by two laws the visible law (law of man) and the invisible law (natural law). If we can find ways to cheat the visible law we cannot cheat the invisible law. Sometimes old people refer to this as "karma" but no matter it is I consider it the law that will never be cheated it goes on and on.We as human beings have two sides we have our good side and the bad side.Everyone has it including me no one is exempted.According to wikipedia yin yang is is a concept of dualism, describing how seemingly opposite or contrary forces may be complementary, interconnected, and interdependent in the natural world, and how they may give rise to each other as they interrelate to one another".The good and the bad are interlated to each other meaning to say they are connected.Yin is passive and Yang is active.We all have this as human being we have passive behaviors and active behaviors.We cannot simply a pure introvert or a pure extrovert because in our life time we become introvert and extrovert.This is where the concept of Yin Yang leadership is born.
Dualism is the concept of yinyang the way I see it, it is the law of balance at play here because even nature is naturally balance.Everything around us is balance even our technology like our mobile even it is the most high tech it still turn off when the battery is empty. What I am saying is leadership is all about balance, I know you will agree with me if you are a leader.There must exist a balance even though you appear perfect but deep inside there is something that you are hiding,anger,stress etc. But leaders are good at dealing with it they become a master of it.I believe this leaders are practice yin yang Leadership. No matter how how humble and good a leader is to his/her employees there is a time that his string of patience will be cut down. Effective and effecient leadership must practice Yin Yang Leadership look at this:
