If there are excellent leaders as we know it chances are there are also worst leaders that you can meet along the way in your corporate or organizational life. It is the reality that employees have to face and experience. Leaders make the work atmosphere comfortable and a positive place to work on. Not all leaders and managers are the same. I already experienced them both which makes me distinguished the difference between the two. Some articles that I read called it bad leadership. Bad leadership is in all kinds of industries and offices which disappoint employees and the organization itself. The problem with bad leadership is that the people behind this don't know about it and believe that they are doing the right thing. It is sad to know that they do not what is there impact on the organization and their employees. Horrible leaders exist as much as horrible employees. The best leaders will make you feel and realize that you are in a great organization. Several years ago I worked with bad leaders, the only thing that you want to do in that kind of environment is to flee because it will not be good for your mental health and it is a stressful environment but you can't do anything about it. I remember one leader of an organization keep on shouting at the applicant and employees and said " you have no choice I'm the one who is here " if this is a technique it is not a good technique because the leader triggering stress to the employees and applicants. That is an example of bad leadership but have been accepted by employers and organization a no brainer leadership that will reflect the kind of image the organization has. I also experienced leaders who keep uttering swearing words the reason behind this is "training" if employees will experience it or will need it in the future let them cross the bridge when they get there because it will reflect the organization and the organization will suffer for it, though it may seem correct for them but will negatively affect the organization. An organization with a bad culture doesn't need great leaders they need bad leadership to continue their existence because it is already embedded in their culture when a good leader comes in it will surrender and die. Unless they want to change personally and professionally which is impossible. Bad leadership will want you to wear a mask, it becomes necessary that you should wear one because you know what will happen to you if you will not wear one. I can compare an organization will great leaders and bad leaders because I've been in that places.
