As we all know organizations are run by managers from the top to the bottom. Managers have an important role when it comes to the culture of an organization. Mature Organizations 1. Mature organizations have professional managers meaning managers behave ethically and professionally. They work according to there duties and responsibilities. 2. Mature organizations welcome new employees professionally. They know that the employees are important in the operation of there company. They provide enhancement trainings to there employees to increase the ability and capability of there employees in order to attain organizational goals and objectives. 3. Mature organizations do not make the organizational processes difficult for the employees so that employees will be more productive and love there work more. 4. Mature organizations promote creativity and innovations because they know that the company will grow when employees are creative and innovative which can contribute to the overall success of the organization. 5. Mature organizations respect the uniqueness of every employees they have. They let there employees be who they are as an employee and as a person. They support every endeavor of employees whether personal or work related. 6. Mature organizations believe in the knowledge, skills, and ability of there employees because that is the very reason why they hire and selected them in the first place. They trust all there employees in the organization. 7. Mature organizations solve all issues inside there organization rather than making it big because they believe that conflicts and problems are just a barrier in achieving the goals and objectives of the organization. 8. Mature organizations focus on the needs and wants of there customers/clients. They see to it that complaints and other issues of the customers are addressed and solve which will increase the satisfaction of there clients/customers. Mature organizations practice excellence and quality in all the things that they do. They have a positive working environment for all there employees. Immature Organizations 1.Immature organizations have professional managers but acts unethically and unprofessionally. There managers are more on power and control. There managers look at themselves as the overall authority and should be followed all the time. 2. Immature organizations test there new employees. They see to it that new employees will sacrifice first before they can be at peace in the workplace with all the employees. 3. Immature organizations are ruled by various organizations and groups which have various personal interest and making the organizational interest at the bottom of it all. 4.Immature organizations only focus on themselves they don't see the welfare and well being of there employees. They are the center of the organization. 5. Immature organizations divide there employees, they pinpoint who are the enemy inside the organization which creates conflict and problems that hinders organizational growth and productivity. Immature organization wants to rule than focus on the goals and objectives of the organization 6.Immature organizations don't care about the processes they treat there employees like slaves. The culture of followership and obedience is the emphasis of this kind of organization which makes it difficult for employees to work. 7. Immature organizations have many employees who have health issues and problems. There are a number of employees who died in the term of there work. 8. Immature organizations do not care about the career growth of there employees they only focus on the employees that they can use and they like to advance the organization. 9. Immature organizations have so many conflicts existing within the organization and they don't try to solve it.They allow and create problems so that while it is existing they can stealthily advance there own agenda. 10. Immature organization have unclear goals and objectives because they deceive there employees so that they can use there employees to there own personal agenda. 11. Immature organizations don't focus on quality. They just do what is existing and what they can do. They are not open to new ideas and concepts that will make there organization better. 12. Immature organizations bait there employees for obedience and followership reasons. They deceive, defraud, and harm there employees.
