While I was having my annual check up. I have put my trust in a new diagnostic center. The center is new and you can see from aesthetics of their building to its amenities that they are offering quality services its even evident in their mission and vision that is located beside the waiting area. The combination of AI, new technology and people make it a perfect place where customers will be able to define quality.
Music A workplace or an establishment that have no music is a boring place. You will wait and transact and wait makes the establishment boring and clients will frown and get bored and their experience will not be good since there is no music. What I mean with music is the kind of music that is being played you cannot be playing a local FM if you want to invoke a feeling of comfortability and a good feeling experience while they are inside your business. Some business adapt to the kind of customer they have so that it can personalized the experience through music. There are different kind of music for different age groups that can be played because there needs are different in some ways. Perhaps if your client are teenagers the music must be for them whether English or vernacular anyway the good thing about music is that it can be controlled and not only that it can also boost the mood of your employees since it gives off varied feelings as long as the music is positive and not negative so that it can also evoke positivity that makes it worthwhile in working which we can also include the type of song in a specific time which can elevate mood during a specific time. Music has been with us all through out our life it have influence us in our decision in life and even to the outlook of life that we have. It helped us in so many ways including the expression of our feelings it even brings memories and many more. Truly, music is a great aid in making a workplace better and alive including enhancing the mood of the clients and employees. Using it right will make it a good perception enhancer throughout the day. Workplace A workplace should always be clean and organized because it is where employees work and client judge according to how organized and clean it is. It contributes to the stress of both two important people in the workplace. Maintaining the cleanliness and being organized will be a competitive advantage of a company although it may seem very common and simple but when you are in an organized and clean environment you will appreciate it and gives you a feeling of cleanliness and stress free environment. Cleanliness and organized environment is a factor that contributes to the overall being of the organization and its reputation and image. Employees The right employees working for a company is the best asset that any organization will have because they will maintain the organization and help towards the attainment of specific organization goals and objectives that they are involved in. Employees will give you clients and profit, employees will give you achievement, employees will make your operation alive, But when you have the wrong employees as a experienced in the previous month in which they are unethical and unprofessional it will slowly destroy the image of your company and they will give you less clients because of their ignorant and intentional way of dealing with customers. Service Service are influenced by employees. How you treat your employees will have an impact on how they serve your clients and your business. A positive will give positive and a negative will give negative a simple rule to remember because take note you are dealing with human beings with moral and sometimes immoral depending on how you treat them in every aspect of the organization. So service is as good as how you treat your employees and the policy that exist. You might think that they can be replaced anytime but replacement will entail additional cost and expenses in your company including wasted effort and time in developing and growing your employees towards what is expected of them in the workplace but sometimes there are really liability employees that will give the organization headache no matter how good they are treated perhaps this is because of the principle of balance that exist naturally in anything that is found in this world but what is important you are clear of the culture and expectation towards your employees when they perform there respective job. When we mix everything that I have mentioned in this article we will realize the interconnectedness of the four because as the operation of any kind of business continue we really need to make it sure that every employee and customer is at their proper thinking when dealing with customer and customer must feel that they are satisfied with the services that is being given to them.
