Congestion even if it has a negative connotation is a sign of progress and development. There have been numerous recommendations and ideas for resolving urban traffic congestion, such as modifying peak-hour charges and increasing load capacity. Experts recognize that this type of problem cannot be completely avoided, but can only be managed in such a way that this congestion permits it, because cities are currently more dominated by congestion than solutions, and all a city can do is minimize it.
