These firms, whether large or small, are developed, established, and structured by one or more individuals. This individual or group possessed the determination and desire to make their ideas a reality. This is an uncommon occurrence; if you meet one, consider yourself fortunate, as the majority of individuals have merely thoughts and ambitions and never turn them into reality. Converting your thoughts into reality is the most challenging aspect of any project because you will confront numerous external and internal obstacles along the road. These objects will attempt to halt your efforts whenever and whenever they can. In other words, starting something is difficult for the majority of individuals, and I believe that founders are chosen spiritually, as I've discussed in earlier posts. Even if all of the prerequisites are met, not everyone will be able to advance far. Forbes.com states that a CEO is merely a position, while a founder is an individual that "carries a certain amount of status. It carries notions of inventiveness and originality, tenacity, innate intelligence, and bravery. Founders are responsible for creating something from nothing." If you look to the right side of this website, you will see my face, my bio, and the title "founder" because I made this website from nothing. But I began constructing something similar in 2010 with a travel specialty, which I later removed and brought back to life a few years later. Being a founder requires considerable effort, thought, action, time, and failures. Everything is a part of the process. I continue to do many of these things to build and improve this. Transformation is a gradual process, hence it is a never-ending cycle. Changes, both large and small, are an element of development. When will you begin the things you want to achieve and have if you do not begin them early? When you believe that time makes everything possible, as long as you are consistent with your actions, anything is conceivable. When you look back and see how much time you have squandered, you will come to your senses and understand that you should have spent your time accomplishing the goals you have set for yourself. Founders are extraordinary people whom you rarely encounter because there are so few of them. Most of the people you meet are ordinary people with a job, salary, car, friends, professionals, powers derived from positions and titles (what can you do if your power and authority are taken away?) and so on. I am not mystifying or placing a high value on founders, but this is the actual beauty and uniqueness of founders that you cannot find in common people. However, in the future, spiritually chosen founders will emerge who will make the world a better place for everyone. Founders operate on a separate level and have a unique style of thinking, which allows them to build and launch new ventures, but they are still human. You are fortunate to encounter them. In a culture that is conservative, mediocre, and driven, founders will struggle or possibly fail if they are motivated by rivalry and envy. A professor told me that it is sometimes referred to as a blessing in disguise, but I view it as more of a curse than a favor. As a result, the best thing that society and communities can do is to help founders, as establishing something is not a straightforward endeavor due to the vast number of basic and complex tasks that must be completed. Society and community should not be a barrier. Regardless of the size of a company or organization, we cannot ignore the reality that founders are behind their formation.
